I used a dry dill weed, some garlic, black pepper, in apple cider vinegar. After a week in the refrigerator, they came out tasting great. 4/4/19

I'm going to try coriander with dill, black pepper in cider vinegar

I boiled fennel, dill weed, garlic, caraway seed and simmered for 5 minutes.
Added some black pepper late in the simmering.
The vinegar was mostly apple cider. Some white vinegar.
A week and a half later I gave them a taste. Really good. Very sour. The spices showed nicely. These cucumbers made for pickles are much crisper and better than the usual cukes. I'll want to make that again.
